As a side-effect to having been burned alive as a child, he is sensitive to heat. Even warm things make him a bit wary.

A light sleeper and more active around nighttime.

During sleep, he either never dreams or only recalls sad memories.

Aside from not wanting to kill anyone who's emotionless, he also tends to give blind people a pass.

Has a sweet-tooth.

When left with nothing else to do, he either sleeps if he has no energy or he tends to walk around.

While there are a few burn marks that are fully healed, the rest of his wounds have not and are suspect to reopening.

Dislikes spicy stuff.

Has tried alcohol at some point in his life, but ended up not liking it. Thus, he tends to avoid them.

▼ VISUAL: 6'1''/186 cm, lean and gangly. Save for part of his face, he's covered in bandages, but underneath them is an off-colored gray-ish brown skin marred by vicious burn scars. Hair is black, kind of greasy and messy. Hasn't been washed in a while. Has two mismatched eyes, due to Anisocoria; may or may not also be implied to have Heterochromia iridium.
▼ FASHION: Brown, slightly over-sized hoodie with a black arrow design and three triangles on top; part of it is covered in dried blood. Also wears boots and red jeans. Style-wise, he'll wear anything that can cover up most of his body, even if it looks kind of stupid.

PERSONALITY: Zack is a simple person, even after initial first impressions. He is rude, harsh with words to the point where every other thing he says contains one or more swear words, and impulsive enough where some of his actions may or may not make things worse; at one point in the canon, he had a mini tantrum in trying to open a door until he accidentally bent a card key that was supposed to release him and Rachel from a gas room. Heck, even he knows how stupid he is, and early on in the story, he proclaims himself as such to Rachel. Zack cannot comprehend anything that requires more logical thought and process, as he very much prefers to physically bash and/or slash the heck out of stuff. Unless the problem is explained to him in simpler terms, he won’t get it and will instead get frustrated. That said, he is able to learn, though it will take some time until he eventually gets it.

Zack also relishes in slaughtering people, since he loves seeing the look of despair on people’s faces moments before he takes their lives. He even makes it a bit of a habit to give them a short head start to run, should they amuse him enough. When asked by Rachel about a record containing his profile, he outright admits it, taking pride in his “occupation” and has never once been ashamed of it. Zack takes it so seriously that he detests others who use murder as an excuse for their actions. On top of that, if he really gets into his bloodlust, he will go nuts and try to destroy everything and everyone around him until he’s either satisfied at enough damage he’s caused or he’s snapped out of it by some way and recovers.

Even if someone is telling the truth, he will still feel a little suspicious about them until he's been shown proof in some way otherwise. Promises also fall under his code of honesty, so long as it is line with his motivation and will always uphold his end of the deal, and he is adamant about vice versa too.

Zack does tend to have sort of a caring side, albeit in his own way. It does take a while for him to warm up and though he will be initially suspicious, but once people become closer to him? He will eventually come around (though not without probably also him hurling some chunks because he’s not used to people saying nice stuff to him and considers them gross), especially to those he has made some sort of truce with. Even if it’s because he wants them to uphold their end of the deal, he will take their well-being into mind to the point where if he sees they might be in danger and absolutely will protect them, sometimes possibly at the cost of his own life. It won’t stop him from yelling at them and putting up with some of their actions, he will try and suppress the urge to kill them.

All in all, Zack is in a strange way, “pure”; albeit in the sense of only thinking about murder and not much else. Yeah, he’s a killer, but he accepts who he is and what he does while living strictly by some moral codes that are kind of weird, yet ultimately not that bad. And no matter what, he's gonna make damn sure he keeps to his word.

POWERS/ABILITIES:
For as much as he’s touted as a monster, Zack doesn’t exactly have much in the way of power if compared to others outside of his canon. He’s agile, has above average speed, strength (enough where he was able to break through a brick wall), endurance (he went through an ordeal with an electric chair and managed to survive), and stamina. Basically, he’s somewhat more durable then the average person, but he is still just a human.

There is also the implication that while he is book-dumb, he seems to have survival skills, considering how he has evaded police for quite a while and has managed to live this long before the start of the canon.

Combat-wise, he is able to hold his own in a fight, though his style relies more on brute force and it depends on who/what he is fighting. More than likely, he’ll be outmatched against beings with magical/other kinds of power. If fire is involved, it’ll turn out worse, as he has pyrophobia and at worst, will freeze up at the sight of it.

Flaws: Zack loves to kill, so his bloodlust can be a huge problem since there are times where he will go into a frenzy and try to destroy anything if he really gets into it, such as smashing the graves during B2 arc and the one time where he nearly killed Rachel during the B3 arc.

His temper is also a huge flaw, as he has a short fuse; more than half the time in the story, he’s shown to get angry and complains over even the more minor stuff. Case in point: the photo-shoot he and Ray had to go through in the beginning of the B3 arc, where Zack got impatient about not only having to stand still a bit, but also in figuring out how to take a good shot of Ray (which ended up being blurred anyway).

Zack being dumb in pretty much most things hinders him greatly. He never learned how to read, and though he is able to recognize pictures and the shape of letters enough to the point where a later scene in AoD shows that he can even manage to write a few short words. Other than that, he basically does not have much logical thinking since it hinders him severely and he would rather leave the problem solving to someone else.

Another flaw of note is his pyrophobia, as it stems from his trauma of being burned alive when he was a child. Near the end of the last arc, as the building starts to collapse, Zack is shown to stare fearfully at the fire, and when Rachel asks for him to smash through the debris, he says how he can’t, stating his legs are “frozen”. There is also the implication that he is more sensitive to heat because of it as well; in a later arc, he kicks over a table after yelling over how the pizza was too hot.

Lastly, he despises being told what to do, as it reminds him of his past at the illegal orphanage and of his treatment there; in one of the traps during the B3 arc, after getting aggravated by Rachel’s directions, he yells at Rachel to quit ordering him around.

RAY A girl he made a promise to back in the Tower. Despite being from different points in time and the fact that he's displeased at how she also ended up here in Starhue, he'll make sure to watch over her and keep her safe due to a promise between them.	MASAMUNE A rowdy boy he got into a fight with at a restaurant (which was basically Zack's fault). Had to be pried apart from him before any further damages to said restaurant could get worse. Does not like him one bit, hoo boy.	SASUKE A ninja who stopped the fight between him and Masamune. They made a deal with each other, so he seems like an alright guy to Zack.

Character: Issac "Zack" Foster
Variation: OU
About: Not much is known about Zack's past, save for some few, but important info. He was born to a mother and father, though he seemed to be unwanted, as one day the father came over and set him on fire. After that, he was sent to a seedy orphanage and was basically made to be slave labor for the owners of the place, including burying kids that are sent here and die shortly after. From the reaction that present Zack gave when he remembered this memory, it's implied that he wasn't fond of it, even though he kept silent about it. Despite all the abuse, he managed to hold on until a caretaker accidentally left the TV on, which was showing a horror film at the time. Having it caught Zack's eye, he became fascinated and it ended up with the murders of the caretakers. Zack then ran away from the orphanage and it is implied that he managed to survive up for that long up until Gray, seeing some sort of value in him, asked him to be an "angel of death" for the Tower.

From then on, Zack lived not much differently in the Tower before a girl named Rachel Gardner came along. He chased her down until she escaped on the elevator, though he wasn't quite done with his pursuit yet; somehow, he made his way up to the next floor and seemingly killed off the main resident of B5, Daniel Dickens ("Danny" for short), which also unintentionally saved Rachel in the process. After that, an issue was put out, calling for Zack to become a "sacrifice" along with Rachel, as he had violated a rule. Then he tried to escape to no avail until Rachel approached him with the wishing of being killed. Zack being Zack, agreed to it on the promise that she helped him escape the building. Thus, the two of them then formed a bond and from then on, made their way through the perils and traps of both the Tower and their residents.

Personality-wise, Zack tends to swear a lot and cannot read, due to having a lack of education. He has proclaimed himself to be an idiot and many times in the game, he lets Rachel do the problem-solving instead; unless it is explained in simpler terms, he won't get it and will get frustrated. He also admits to being a straight-up serial killer and absolutely revels in slaughtering people, never once being ashamed of it in the least. Heck, he even calls himself one early on, taking pride in his "occupation". Sometimes, when he really gets into it, Zack will lose control and try to destroy everything around him until he is satisfied or unless he recovers.

Despite being such an asshole edgelord, there are some good points to him. For how murderous he is, Zack does not like and will not kill someone who looks dead, as he much prefers seeing people die with despair on their faces. It's kind of a weird moral code, but hey. Better than making excuses, at least. Speaking of- for how foul-mouthed he is, he is also outright honest and he absolutely hates when people lie, since he thinks it's really stupid to make excuses for something (especially when it pertains to murder). He can also care for someone! It's just gonna take a while and more than likely will start with some kind of deal, but he does make good on his end.

That being said, Zack is going to make an attempt to leave Starhue until he realizes it's not quite easy with the bus schedules being weird and then at least try to live here. Keyword: Try.
